Used our coated nano calcium carbonate NCC-501 and its nanocomposites with natural rubber were prepared by using reactive modifier. The results showed that the new nano-calcium carbonate NCC-501 was dispersible in natural rubber, and the rubber body Forming a good combination of natural rubber has a significant reinforcement effect, the effect is better than stearic acid coated industrial nano calcium carbonate CCR .

As the specific surface area is relatively large, The change trend of viscosity and viscosity is relatively large, which has certain influence on process performance.
